Beekeeping Demonstrations by a Master Beekeeper. Saturday 20th and Saturday 27th. Questions and answers all day 10-30 - 3.30, but demonstrations at 11am and 2pm. An Observation Hive where live bees are enclosed in a glass frame size container, where you can safely watch worker bees, the queen bee, drones, and brood busying themselves. These bees cannot escape and it is quite safe. Children and adults alike are fascinated with them, and children love finding the queen bee.
